"Update: to make things worse they charged (US) a "Collision Deductible" and it was proven by the Police Report that it was the (other persons fault). The Adjusters Treated us Horrible, just like in the beginning when we had called in the accident. Didn't care for our situation not one bit. Treated us like used toilet paper. WE HAVE RECEIVED AMOST NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL, AND GIVEN THE WRONG INFORMATION SO NOW, WE ARE LEFT PAYING ALL THE MEDICAL BILLS AND DEDUCTIBLE OURSELVES. THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL, AND NO EMPATHY WHATSOEVER. THEY DID WHAT WAS GOOD FOR THEM AND NOT US. IM ADDING STATE FARMS MORGAN OFFICE TO OUR LAW SUIT. I WILL SAY THIS, MORGAN SEEMS LIKE A VERY GOOD PERSON, BUT HAS LEFT US TO FIGURE IT OUT BY OURSELVES KNOWING IM DISABLED, WITCH MAKES THIS SO MUCH HARDER. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND STILL HAVEN'T SENT THE SETTLEMENT TO OUR BANK, WITCH MAKES US HAVE MAKE ANOTHER CAR PAYMENT ON A TOTALLED CAR!!!!! NOW WE ONLY HAVE 4 DAYS TO BUY A CAR AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T SENT THE BANK THE SETTLEMENT WE AGGRREED ON. ITS LIKE THEY ARE TRYINGTO BANKRUPT US, IN MY OPINION......8/22/2020 My wife was in an accident that was not our fault and are getting NO HELP from this office. They told me i have to call the other persons insurance and handle it myself. Im permanently disabled and my wife was just in this horrible accident witch totalled our car and they wouldn't even help set up our rental car!!!!!!! Any insurance I've ever had has been more helpful as we were the victim here as the other person was cited for causing the accident and this office won't lift a finger to help, telling me to call the other persons insurance to get a rental car. We pay for rental car and they won't help set it up. I explained that I'm disabled and Out of Medicine because of not having a rental car, and nothing just sorry can't help. We will be reporting this to the BBB "Better Business Bureo " to report this travesty as i don't know what we're paying for if they WON'T HELP US DO ANYTHING. I highly suggest a company that is Not State Farm and if you must use state farm dont use this office. THIS IS BASED ON OUR OPINION AND EXPERIENCE WITH THIS OFFICE ONLY."

"I’ve been with State Farm for decades, but with an agent in Denver. I moved to Longmont more than 20 years ago and a variety of factors led me to decide recently that I needed to find a local agent. I had a choice of local State Farm agents, but research led me to Morgan Parker, for whom I am very grateful. Once the electronic transfer of my policies (home, auto and umbrella) was complete, I sent an email to Ms. Parker letting her know that I was interested in making some coverage changes. She responded promptly by phone. She asked questions, listened carefully, and had already come prepared to our initial conversation with some ideas based on my email communication. She was patient in explaining my options and the reasons for her recommendations (vs. other possible options). By the end of our phone conversation, I had what I needed. All that remained was for me to DocuSign an Acknowledgment of Coverage, which arrived in my email Inbox right after our phone conversation ended. It is worth noting, too, that I had called Ms. Parker’s office prior to transferring my policies and spoke with a member of her staff who was friendly, forthcoming and knowledgeable in responding to my questions and concerns. I am attempting to write a new review based on subsequent October 2024 experience, but Google is not allowing me to do so. So I want to add to my earlier review that I am enormously grateful for Liz Mosqueda’s support. She is an exemplary representative of State Farm: very capable, conscientious, dependable, proactive, and patient. She has been a life saver in helping me deal with a repair shop that failed to honor an agreement made over three months ago ( and repeated two+ times since). Liz is the kind of employee any employer would want to clone if they could! Thank you Liz!!!"

"This is specifically to praise Lelia and her efforts while we had to deal with a rental emergency. We had an issue where our new apartment had significant water damage and Lelia was able to get us on track with setting up a claim ASAP. My issue (hence 4 stars) is not with this agent but with State Farm as a whole. Once we began our claim, the claim representative we were assigned to was so disappointing. They were totally unresponsive and extremely hard to get a hold of. She even "forgot" to send us a very important link to upload our damages after we had done them in another place so 2x the work to get our items replaced. It was explained to us that the unresponsiveness was due to another major disaster that had happened and that was more pressing to deal with (not something I wanted to hear exactly but I understood) then after many days and almost weeks of trying to get a hold of our claims representative, she told me that she would be on maternity leave soon and thus we would be getting a new agent in two weeks (honestly good news to us). Lo and behold, our new claims rep was on top of her game and got our claims pushed through almost instantly. I did reach out to Morgan Parker and Lelia to escalate our need to speak with our original claims rep. They did try their best to get things moving. I would highly recommend Morgan Parker's office but I'm beginning to suspect State Farm is kind of falling apart."
