ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative with Morgan Parker State Farm Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred, as you will be supporting our Spanish-speaking customers with clear, accurate guidance. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, renewals, and updates.
- Support sales goals by identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate coverage options, and helping guide prospects through next steps (e.g., quotes, policy recommendations).
- Process insurance claims and follow up to ensure customers are informed and supported throughout the claim process.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and policy activity in agency systems.
- Coordinate with other agency team members to ensure smooth service and timely resolutions.
- Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish preferred) to better serve Spanish-speaking customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).
- Sales-minded approach with a desire to help customers find the right solutions.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred (ability to communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking customers).
Compensation $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
